Found Out Why I Was Banned

I finally got someone at Rockstar Games to tell me why my #GTAOnline account was banned.
it was this stupid Social Club message I got, that I didn't even know I had.

This was sent to me four times within 15 minutes. I was banned for someone sending me a message asking me to help them duplicate their vehicle that is illegal in the game and will get you banned. but I didn't help that person i never knew he/she sent me the message. if I had, I would have told them NO!

I have seen this operation done before on PS3 two people get in a high dollar car they drive it in to Los Santos Customs Auto shop and they do whatever it is they do in there one person gets out of the car after it deives in while they are in there they duplicate the car they drive in. the other person gets in the duplicated car and the owner dives his car out. the other person then claims the car as his car by buying insurance and a tracker. or the just drive it out and the owner drives it back in and sells it.

I have never done anything illegal on GTA Online the only thing is when a modder drops money on my characters head. there is nothing i can do to stop it if I try to run away it makes more money drop.

In the picture i removed the user's name. he/she was also banned for sending me the message asking me to help them and for doing what they asked me to help them with. they were banned for 90 days.

I shouldn't have been banned for this. I can;t stop people from sending me messages and I have no control over what they ask me. Rockstar Games is stupid for banning me over this.

Next Time Ask Me Nicely

I was threatened by a Rockstar Games supervisor if I post or share their new logo GIF image they will sue me.
If they had just asked me not to post it or share it I wouldn't have.

We Got Banned From Grand Theft Auto V Online

Hello,

I, "April" was playing GTA Online Mark sitting next to me watching.
I was delivering a shipment of cocaine. -Its part if the Motorcycle Club update-
I was almost to the check point when the screen flashed, then went blank
Then popped up this alert. I was like "What The Fuck? No Fucking Way!"

I almost cried we have been working so hard to get where we were. hours and hours of playing the game keeping to our selves most of the time. then this.

I was working endless to make 2,425,000 so I could buy the new Nagasaki Shotaro aka, The Tron Bike. It cost 2,225,000 and the matching outfit cost 200,000

at night, it look so, so cool

I wanted to get either the pink or purple. I was so close to having the GTA money to buy it.

A few minutes after the game banned us we got an email. here is a screen capture of it. I removed our user name most people know it already but.. You should be able to right click on the image to see its full size so you can read it

We have been racking our heads trying to figure out why we were banned
We can't think of anything. we always follow the rules to the word.

So Mark called Rockstar Games and asked them why?
at first the told him they couldn't tell us, its against policy.
Mark said Bull Shit. Rockstar Games banned us, we have the right to know why.
then he went on how we pre-ordered the game for PlayStation 3 "PS3"
then pre-ordered the game for PC. we have spent hard earned money to buy and play the game.
Please tell us why we were banned. The placed him on hold. he held for around 8 minutes.

They told him either you or your wife used scripts or allowed someone to inject them into your game.
Mark said "No sir we don't cheat and we would never use mods or hacks. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't know how. plus. using them are against the rules.

He was put on hold again for around 2 minutes. then the man told him at around 11:38 AM EST the scripts were used on your account. on character 2 which is my character and I was playing then.

The Mark asked the man on the phone if he would please hold. because we were live streaming the game to twitch TV and Vaughn Live TV. so he went to twitch and looked in the archives starting at 11:20 AM. At 11:28 AM Is when a modder got into my car. when he got in I got out then he took off in my car. that has to be when the scripts got into our game. Mark told the man this he said most likely that is when the game alerted to the use of scripts. But, I'm sorry to inform you, once your banned there is no undoing the ban.

The he said here is the worse news. Once you are banned you loose everything your account is reset to like you have never played the game. Once the 30 day ban is over, you have to start the game all over with nothing. and we can't give you anything back.

Hearing that devastating news, we are not going to play the game again.
We will not be buying Grand Theft Auto VI Mark has already reserved a pre-order shot to assure we get a pre-ordered copy of the game. In the morning he is requesting his deposit back.

He is also going to talk to his attorney friend to see if legal action can be takes against Rockstar Games
